and often remote—a diesel engine driven welder with 300+ A and strong auxiliary output
for grinders, lighting and pumps is ideal.
Industrial and Turnaround Contracts
Refinery and plant turnarounds demand code welding in hazardous areas. The
engine driven welder must be located outside classified zones or use approved
purge systems. Hot-work permits, gas testing and fire watch are mandatory. Diesel with spark-arresting
exhaust is standard.
