发电电焊机的电流档位选择是影响焊接质量和效率的关键因素。电流过小会导致熔深不足、未熔合;电流过大会造成烧穿、飞溅增大、焊缝成形不良。本文提供不同焊条、管径、焊接位置对应的电流参数参考。
一、焊条直径与电流对照表

💡 经验法则:电流(A) ≈ 焊条直径(mm) × 30-40。例如:3.2mm焊条 → 96-128A。薄板/立焊/仰焊取下限,厚板/平焊取上限。
三、焊接位置与电流调整
平焊/横焊:可使用推荐电流上限,熔池流动性好。 立焊:电流应降低10%-15%,防止熔池下坠。 仰焊:电流应降低15%-20%,使用小直径焊条。

Proper current selection directly impacts weld quality and efficiency. Too low current causes lack of penetration and fusion; too high causes burn-through, excessive spatter, and poor bead appearance.
I. Electrode Diameter vs Current Reference

💡 Rule of thumb: Current(A) ≈ Electrode diameter(mm) × 30-40. For 3.2mm electrode → 96-128A. Use lower values for thin plate/vertical/overhead, higher for thick plate/flat.
II. Welding Position Adjustments
Flat/Horizontal: Use recommended upper range. Vertical: Reduce current by 10%-15% to prevent sagging. Overhead: Reduce current by 15%-20%, use smaller diameter electrode.
