The EW-230 series lithium battery welding machine is an integrated mobile welding and emergency power supply solution developed by BeijingEngine Welder Technology Co., Ltd., specifically designed for field operations without grid power. 该机型采用高性能三元锂电池作为动力源，具备不烧油、无噪音、无排放、操作简便、节能环保等显著优势，支持纤维素焊条、低氢焊条、碱性焊条、不锈钢焊条及简易氩弧焊等多种焊接工艺，焊口成形美观、质量可靠。设备内置纯正弦波交流逆变器，焊接时可同时输出 220V 交流电，真正实现”一机多用”。

Powered by high-performance NCM lithium batteries, this model offers significant advantages including no fuel consumption, no noise, zero emissions, easy operation, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness. It supports multiple welding processes such as cellulose electrodes, low-hydrogen electrodes, alkaline electrodes, stainless steel electrodes, and basic TIG welding, producing clean, high-quality weld beads. The built-in pure sine wave AC inverter allows simultaneous 220V AC power output during welding, truly achieving “one machine, multiple uses.”

五、使用与维护须知 / Operation & Maintenance Instructions

5.1 启动操作 / Startup Procedure

1. 使用/运输前检查焊机固定是否牢固，防止碰撞损坏。 / Before use or transportation, check that the welding machine is securely fastened to prevent collision damage.
2. 打开运行开关启动电池 — 电量显示屏亮起。 / Turn on the operation switch to activate the battery — the display screen will light up.
3. 合上总闸给各部件供电 — 风扇转动、电压显示正常。 / Close the main circuit breaker to supply power to all components — the cooling fan will start spinning and the voltage display will show normal readings.

5.2 运行操作 / Operation Procedure

1. 选择所需的功能模式与电流参数 — 电压/电流表显示对应数值。 / Select the desired welding function mode and current parameters — the voltage/current display will show the corresponding values.
2. 合上辅助电源断路器给输出插座供电 — 辅助电显示 220V。 / Close the auxiliary power circuit breaker to supply power to the output socket — the auxiliary power display will show 220V.
3. 出现报警声需及时排查原因 — “滴滴滴”蜂鸣声提示故障。 / If an alarm sounds, promptly investigate and resolve the cause — audible “beep” sound indicates a fault.

5.3 停机操作 / Shutdown Procedure

1. 断开总闸切断供电 — 风扇停止、无电压显示。 / Disconnect the main circuit breaker to cut off power supply — the fan stops and voltage display turns off.
2. 关闭运行开关停止输出 — 显示屏熄灭。 / Turn off the operation switch to stop all output — the display screen goes dark.

5.4 充电操作 / Charging Procedure

1. 充电前检查接线是否牢固，然后开启充电器开关 — 各指示灯亮起。 / Before charging, check that all connections are secure, then turn on the charger switch — indicator lights will illuminate.
2. 根据需要选择快充（30A）或慢充（15A）模式。 / Select fast charge (30A) or slow charge (15A) mode as needed.
3. 充满电后先关闭充电器，再拔下插头 — 指示灯熄灭。 / After full charge, turn off the charger first, then disconnect the plug — indicator lights will turn off.

5.5 注意事项 / Maintenance Notes

1. 定期拆机清灰、紧固接线端子。 / Periodically disassemble the casing for cleaning and tighten all terminal connections.
2. 冬季使用后及时关闭运行开关，防止耗电。 / After winter use, turn off the operation switch to prevent battery drain.
3. 禁止拆解、碰撞锂电池组。 / Do not disassemble, puncture, or impact the lithium battery pack.
