🏗️ Product Overview
The HW450D is a heavy-duty Diesel Engine-Driven Welders launched by Beijing Anjie Vader Technology Co., Ltd. The rated welding current is 360A (single handle)/200A (double handle), which supports two modes of simultaneous welding of single heavy-duty welding and double handle. This model is equipped with a 15kVA industrial-grade alternator and a Yanmar Yanmar 3TNV88 three-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, which is suitable for high-strength continuous operation scenarios such as oil and gas pipeline station construction, large-scale steel structure welding, and tank manufacturing.
The standard three-phase 380V industrial socket can output up to 15kW of auxiliary power; it can be equipped with DW series pipeline automatic welding trolley to achieve fully automatic pipeline welding construction. It has a high cost performance and is one of the preferred equipment for construction units of large pipeline projects.

Other things to keep in mind:
- Wear welding protective equipment that meets national standards during welding operations
- The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment to avoid overheating protection due to prolonged full-load operation
- It is recommended to change the oil and filter every 500 working hours, please refer to the engine manual for the specific cycle
- Please empty the fuel and take moisture precautions before storing for a long time
