EW-230/18 is a high-capacity lithium battery welding power source from Beijing Engine Welder Technology Co., Ltd., built forLarge-scale field welding project, high-strength continuous operation, mobile emergency power supplyPaired with 18 kWh (74V/228Ah) ternary lithium battery pack, the rated output power is 5.6kW，Rated welding current 200A, covering Φ2.0–5.0mm electrodes in all processes. One charge (about 8.5h full charge) runs 9-15 hoursto easily support high-strength welding tasks throughout the day. The battery capacity is increased by about 20% compared to the 15 kWh version, and the battery life is longer.

Product Overview

The EW-230/18 runs solely on an NCM lithium battery with an extra-large 18kWh capacity — easily handling a full day of high-intensity welding. No generator, no noise, zero emission; it also provides 220V/2000W pure sine wave AC, Synchronously supply power to lighting, power tools and other equipment during welding. The touch display displays the power, current, and voltage in real time, and coordinates with the cloud data platform and GPS positioning to realize the digital management of the device.
