I. Product Overview
HW220 Gasoline engine-driven welder is a Portable power generation ‑ welding dual-purpose machine driven by gasoline engine, built around a brushless DC generator and Mitsubishi GT1300 4-stroke single-cylinder engine combination. On grid-free sites it can simultaneously provide 200A DC welding(28V) and 220V/13.7A AC Auxiliary Power Supply(about 3kW) to meet the welding and power needs of various industries such as pipelines, roads, municipalities, field construction, etc.
The chassis uses Frame Metal Protective Structure, with handles, forklift slots and shock pads for easy handling on job sites. Inside, Idle speed energy saving devicewhich automatically lowers engine speed during welding pauses or light auxiliary loads — saving fuel and cutting noise. For safety, the machine is equipped with Electronic overcurrent protection, 10a fuse and auxiliary power circuit breakerto ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
