The automatic pipe welding machine is the core equipment in the DENVO/engine welder automatic pipe welding series. It is specially designed for mountainous areas, hills, long-distance pipe networks and other complex working conditions to achieve efficient, accurate and stable automatic welding of the inner ring seam of the pipe. The series includes two models of flexible pipe automatic internal welding machine (DW48/56-8H-D) and lithium battery pipe automatic internal welding machine (DW-EH48/56). Core Technology such as high torque servo drive, hydraulic expansion, electromagnetic brake and lithium battery drive are used to adapt Φ1219-Φ1422mm large diameter pipes, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and welding quality of complex pipelines.
The equipment has strong passability (it can pass through 5D lateral 90°, longitudinal 30° bends) and wide environmental adaptability (altitude ≤ 4000m, temperature -40-65°C, humidity ≤ 90%), and can work in mountainous areas, hills and grid-free areas.
