EW-230/15 is a high-capacity lithium battery welding power source from Beijing Engine Welder Technology Co., Ltd., built forOff-grid field construction, mobile welding operations, emergency repairs, a carefully engineered high-capacity lithium battery welding power source. Paired with 15 kWh (74V/190Ah) ternary lithium battery pack, the rated output power is 5.6kW，Rated welding current 200A, covering Φ2.0–5.0mm electrodes in all processes. No generator, no noise, zero emission; it also provides 220V/2000W pure sine wave ACfor lighting and other power equipment. With a solid-rubber-wheel mobility system, the unit weighs about 140kg, suitable for site relocation and field deployment.

Product Overview

The EW-230/15 runs solely on an NCM lithium battery — no more fuel generators. One charge (6.5h full) welds about 9-15 hoursto meet high-strength welding construction throughout the day. The whole machine has no noise, no exhaust, and can enter places with extremely high environmental protection requirements (residential areas, hospital surroundings, conference venues). The touch display displays the power, current, and voltage data in real time. With the cloud data platform and GPS positioning, device management is fully mastered.

⚡ High-capacity energy storage, goodbye to generators

15 kWh (14060Wh) ternary lithium battery pack, with 5.6kW rated output power, one charge can support 200A welding for several hours. There is no need to carry a fuel generator, eliminating the management burden of fuel procurement, storage, safety and so on.

⚡ 220V pure sine wave AC, welding machine and equipment at the same time power supply

The independent inverter system provides 220V/2000W pure sine wave AC power. During the welding process, it can synchronously supply power to lighting, power tools and other equipment. The two outputs do not interfere with each other. One equipment completes the work that used to require a generator + welder combination to complete.

⚡ Intelligent Battery Management, Multiple Protection

The intelligent BMS battery management system (software relay version) monitors the battery voltage, current, and temperature in real time, and supports all-round protection of short circuit, overheating, and overcurrent. About 1000 charge and discharge cycles, the capacity can still be used after attenuation to 80%, and the battery life is more than 6 to 10 years.

⚡ -20 ℃ low temperature operation, intelligent automatic heating

The intelligent automatic heating system ensures the normal discharge of the battery under low temperature environment, and the operating temperature range covers -20 ℃ to 55 ℃. There are no altitude restrictions for plateau operations, and it is suitable for all kinds of complex working conditions.

⚡ Digital Remote Management

The cloud data platform and GPS location module upload the status of the device in real time, supporting the mobile phone to remotely view the power, location, and use time, and warning the device abnormality in advance, so as to realize the refined management of the device.
