The HW450D is a heavy-duty diesel engine driven welding generator engineered for field and pipeline construction, manufactured by Beijing Engine Welder Technology Co., Ltd. (DENVO). It integrates a fully digital brushless welding power source with CC (constant current) and CV (constant voltage) dual characteristics, delivers 360 A single-torch / 200 A dual-torch output, and carries a 15 kVA three-phase auxiliary generator, making it a complete mobile welding and power station for the most demanding worksites. It is the ideal power source for all-position pipeline welding, dual-operator field welding, heavy structural construction, and oil and gas pipeline maintenance, and can be paired with DW-series automatic welding carriages for fully automatic pipeline welding.

- CC/CV Dual CC/CV characteristics: Constant-current manual welding is integrated with constant-pressure gas shielded welding to adapt to a variety of SMAW/GTAW/GMAW/FCAW processes; fully digital control, stable starting arc and accurate current.
- Dual-torch independent or merged output: Single handle 360A heavy load or double handle 200A welding at the same time, flexible for single large current and double station collaborative operation.
- Original Yanmar engine: Yanmar Yanmar 3TNV88 three-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, displacement 1642cc, rated output 26.8kW @ 3000rpm, reliable power, fuel economy, global accessories are easy to obtain.
- 15kVA three-phase auxiliary power: 400V three-phase four-wire output, which can supply power for equipment such as angle grinders, lighting, power tools and IF heating, etc., one machine is multi-purpose.
- Digital brushless generator: Brushless excitation, direct coupling, stable output, maintenance-free brush, suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation.
- Compatible with Auto-weld/Auto-weld ready: Can be connected to the DW series pipeline automatic welding trolley, quickly upgraded to a fully automatic pipeline welding system.
